Our Product!

Our group had decided that our final product should be based on Pandora Bracelets. Basically, these bracelets are charm bracelets with special beads. However, we will not be buying these charms from the Pandora website. NO WAY!!! What we've found is an amazing website which has really good quality charms and silver chains.

This is an example of a really expensive charm bracelet which is from the company Pandora. The cost of this bracelet ranges from £100 - £150!!!

But don't worry Pink Dimond is here to save the day!

Our idea is instead of buying the bracelet with set charms on it already. YOU the customers will pick your own beads and customize it yourselves.

These are the beads we are going to offer to you!

And many more!

The chain we are going to offer to you is going to be silver.

But thats not all! We are also going to offer you other types of jewelry for low prices aswell!

Such as rings, earings and necklaces!

All of these products will be wrapped in a lovely box. If you buy one!

Delegating out managers

In our last lesson, we had to delegate out managers of different areas of our project. This was actually quite easilly done as we all have our different strengths and they show through ver clearly. Although we had our managers for each secton, we also help each other out, so we basically look out for each other and help each other out with jobs to make each others lives easier. Looking at what positions we all would play really made us appreciate what we had in each other, and made us realise that without each other, we weren't a very strong team.

Our Idea! :)

At last we finalised our idea! We are going for a very girly Pretty in Pink Boutique feel.

In our boutique, we will be selling a variety of different accesories from lip gloss to phone charms.

We will also be doing people's nails and henna, but ONLY if we get permisssion.

We chose this idea because many people have chosen to do t-shirts and clothes, so we thought that to compliment these things, we would do accessories as they are always wanted and widely known.

Funding

We are looking in many areas to recieve funding for our project, we are contacting not only businesses, but companies, relatives and many other places to get funding to start us off.

Team Work

Working together as a team has been both fun and challenging. I feel that we work well as a team and know the good traits of team work. We have come to know our roles in our group and as a team we have come up with our product idea.

The Balloon Test!!!!

A few weeks ago we were put into our groups for the first time. We sat down and talked about what ideas we had for our product. All the groups were really happy who they were with and thought they were all going to work really well together. But Miss had other ideas. We had to prove our team working skills by blowing on a balloon and seeing how long we could keep it floating before it falls to the floor but without using any hands or heads. We only had a few mintues to come with some kind of genius plan. Our team did ok we kept up for a good 8 seconds but we didn't win.

We all said we could of done better but it was loads of fun!!!!

Can our group delegate tasks out yet?

It was our 3rd lesson in Enterprise last week and we were developing our skills on how to delegate tasks out through out the group. We looked at what people were good at, their strengths and weaknesses, to see who would be good at what tasks. For example, Noora was evaluating us to see what we could improve on. This showed us that she's an AMAZING listener and can pick up on the tiny little details that could cause us problems in the future. Also Olivia would make a great manager as she can control the whole group and always makes sure that everyone has their say. Natalie is also great at contributing within tasks. She always has cleaver and unique ideas which will be perfect for us when we come to decide on what product to select. Lastly, Yinka, is really funny. Whenever someone’s down or not their usual self she will always be there to pick you up and make you feel better; she is also really good at coming up with ideas for our product and knowing what would be a sucess and what wouldn't be.
